Why ocean cruising and what’s so great about it? Simply put, an ocean cruise happens when you board a ship that is quite literally sailing the seas and oceans of the world, generally for more than one night. The ships are often compared to floating cities!

Rabaul located on the island of New Britain in the country of Papua New Guinea is a town full of history that really surprised us.
Gibraltar, United Kingdom
Gibraltar, a 'British Overseas territory' ceded by the Spanish in 1713, is located at the tip of the Iberian Peninsula overlooking the Strait of Gibraltar. To the north is Spain and looking south you can see Africa. We visited Gibraltar as part of a Mediterranean Cruise.

Naples and Pompeii, Italy
Naples (Napoli) is a city you could spend several weeks in and still feel you hadn’t seen it all.
There is so much to see and do in both the region and the city itself.
Capri, the Amalfi Coast, Sorento, AnaCapri, Pompeii and Herculaneum are within a couple of hours travel and all things that would be wonderful to experience.

Barcelona, Spain
Barcelona is an incredible coastal city located in the northeast of Spain in the autonomous community of Catalonia. There are so many things to do in this city it would take many days just to scratch the surface.

Uluru is an amazing place that wows you with its size and wonderment of how it got there. It is also a very spiritual and cultural place which includes rock paintings that have been there for 5000 years.
