For those who, like us, never tire of travelling.
We love travelling and have done a lot of it over the years for many reasons – work, catching up with family, for the joy of it and we never tire of travelling which is why we have called our blog Nevertire Travels.
We both work full time, so most of the travel we are doing at the moment is for short trips on weekends or cruises, to maximise our holidays and public holidays and hope to inspire others in the same situation.
Exploring to the end of the road to see what is there inspires us and we’ve found some incredible sites – our favourites have been a surprise dazzling white sandy beach near the tip of Tasmania…
Releasing a turtle we named after one of our children into the ocean in Papua New Guinea..
and one of the five breathtaking Columbia Ice Fields Glaciers, part of the Rocky Mountains in Canada.
One of the most incredible experiences on our travels, was being at Long Tan on Anzac Day at dawn. Only 20 people at a time were allowed into the memorial under the eye of the Vietnamese Guards. Standing in the silence, reflecting while the sun rose, was sobering and will be etched in our memories forever.
Our daughter became a travel agent at the start of 2016 and as a result, we have been to some very unexpected and exciting places since then.
We are still learning how to get the most out of our trips but we look back at them with great fondness.
We hope you will enjoy our journeys as well as be inspired for your own travels.
Mr and Mrs Nevertire
